My new year resolution on January 1st

It is customary to make New Year Resolutions and everyone then talks about it. I haven't been following the custom that much.. I might have made some resolution in the past but don't even remember them.. leave aside following them. If you are going to make a resolution you can make one any day.. why wait for a year and make only on a New Year..
